Order processing is carried out on the website. You can choose any convenient payment method from those presented on the order processing page.
After the purchase, your email address is added to the buyer’s database, and when a new version or update key is released, you can press the “Update Key” button. You can update ZDSimulator and its key for 3 years after the purchase. A copy of ZDSimulator, for which the key has already been obtained, remains with the user forever.

Delivery Methods
The sale of software means that physical delivery is not available. Software on discs is also supplied exclusively in digital format (ISO image).
Return Policy
Refunds are not possible after submitting a request to receive the key. If you have paid but have not received the key, you can contact support at the email address [email protected] or use the feedback form for a refund.
IMPORTANT! Before purchasing the simulator, we recommend downloading the trial version of the simulator, ensuring that the program works stably on your computer configuration, and then purchasing the full version to enjoy all the simulator’s features. If the free trial version of the simulator does not work on your computer, the issue is not with the key but with compatibility with your computer. The free version runs without a key.
Also, be careful when entering your email address during the purchase, as otherwise, we will not be able to send you the key. The key is sent only to the address provided during the simulator purchase. If you need to change the address, contact support at the email address [email protected] or use the feedback form. Inquiries should be sent from the email used for the order or provide the order number and payer information.
License Agreement
This License Agreement is a legal document entered into between You (individual or legal entity) and ZDSimulator (hereinafter referred to as the “Author”) for the software product (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”), including software recorded on respective media or on the Author’s website, any printed materials, and any electronic documentation.
This License Agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights with respect to this Product.
All ownership rights and copyrights to the Product (including any images, text, etc. included therein), accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the program belong to the Author. All Author’s rights to the program are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other laws and agreements governing copyright. Therefore, the program should be treated like any other copyrighted work, with the sole exception that the program may be installed on one computer and the original may be kept as an archive or backup copy. Copying the accompanying program materials is prohibited.
1. LICENSE SCOPE
This agreement grants you the following rights:
1.1. Use of the Product.
You are allowed to install the Product or any previous version of the Product on one computer at a time. The primary user of the computer on which this copy is installed is also allowed to create one additional copy solely for their use on a portable computer.
1.2. Storage and Network Use.
Storing, installing, and running a copy of the program from a publicly accessible data storage device (e.g., a network server) is not allowed. The license for the program does not permit simultaneous or concurrent use of the program on different computers in excess of what is specified in paragraph 1.1. PLACING THE PRODUCT ON ANY TORRENT TRACKERS, P2P NETWORKS, ETC. IS PROHIBITED.
2. OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
2.1. Reverse Engineering and Disassembly Restrictions.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or modifying the Product in any way is not allowed.
2.2. Separation of Product.
The Product is licensed as a single entity. It cannot be separated into component parts for use on multiple computers.
2.3. Rental and Commercial Use.
Providing the program for rent or temporary use is not allowed. Any use of the Product that enables anyone to obtain any commercial benefit in any form and expression is prohibited.
2.5. Transfer of the Product.
You are prohibited from transferring any of your rights under this License Agreement, as well as the Product and all its components, including in the case of sale or transfer of the computer.
2.6. Termination of the agreement.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author may terminate this agreement in case of non-compliance with the conditions and restrictions of this agreement, which will require you to destroy all existing copies and components of the program.
3. WARRANTIES
3.1. No warranties.
This software is provided “AS IS”. THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFIT, PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO COMPUTER OR ITS COMPONENTS, ETC., WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT. By agreeing to this License Agreement, you acknowledge that you assume any responsibility for any damages related to the use of the Product or any of its parts. By installing the Product on your computer, you agree to this License Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between You and the Author, superseding all prior agreements, written or oral, regarding the product and subject matter, and can only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
